I can’t thank Ricky & his great team for putting our house back together after the recent floods that we had here in February. From the very first day that the rebuild started everything went to clockwork .. I was always told what was going to happen each day & which trade would be onsite. That was great .. you always knew what was happening & which stage your rebuild was up to. Ricky deals with some amazing other trades too, so I knew that the quality of their work was never going to be in question because, having worked with Ricky before I knew if they didn’t do the job to his standard .. they just wouldn’t be working with him. I have always found Ricky to do exceptional work .. & there is no short cuts with him. He does the job right the first time ..& that’s peace of mind for me. He always listens to what you want to achieve with your ideas .. & gives advise on what could make them even better. I have to say 10 /10 from me .. or much more 🌟 It was such a pleasure to have all these delightful people in my home during the rebuild of my house .. & I really can’t thank them all so much for all the work that they did on making my dreams come true. We had outgrown our 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom home in the heart of Mundingburra. With two young children we needed more room but the catch was we love the area and didn’t want to move away. We thought we would explore extending our house and do a bit of a redesign. We used a drafting designer to put our ideas into a plan and then set about finding a builder. We contacted a number of local companies but following a recommendation from our draftsman we gave Ricky and Mel a call at Townsend Construction NQ. Ricky came out and looked over our plans and provided a quote within days. After a few changes with the design he updated the quote and we signed the contract. It was a significant build with a extra bedroom, ensuite, deck and redesign of our living area. Ricky and the team started soon after the contract was signed. They were professional, punctual and always available to answer any questions about the build. As a complicating factor our family remained in the house while the extension was completed for about 80% of the build time. They were very accomodating in working around our kids and pets. When it was finished we had found the extra space we needed and are enjoying using that space and the change in lifestyle Ricky and the team were able to create.

If you are looking for someone to do construction work on your home these are the guys to call. We have just had our bathroom completely remodelled and they were brilliant. They completely demoed the old bathroom and rebuilt it from the wall studs out everything was replaced to make a beautiful new bathroom. They were always on time and turned up at the time that was quoted. The guys that work for Ricky are so nice, professional, and trustworthy, and they were respectful of our house careful not to dirty anything that was outside the area they were working in ...even vacuumed the carpet were they had walked over at the end of the day. We can not be more thankful for the job they did. Call them you won't be sorry.

We couldn't be happier with our home renovation by Townsend Constructions NQ. From our first enquiry, to the quoting process, and then all through our build, Ricky and Melissa were responsive, accommodating and professional. Our renovation consisted of a new living room and deck, two new bathrooms, a new laundry, walk in pantry, and new master bedroom, along with the restumping of our foundations and straightening / resheeting of several existing walls. The end result has been that our beloved little 2 bedroom Queenslander has been turned into a large, spacious and modern (even more beloved!) forever-home for our family of four. The Townsend Constructions NQ crew were all highly skilled, efficient and friendly (especially Ricky, Simon and Bailey) and the subcontractors including tilers, plumbers and painters were also very professional and completed works to a high standard. Our extensive renovation was completed on time and on budget and we have been incredibly happy with the end result and our beautiful new home.

We were lucky enough to secure the services of TCNQ prior to the festive season i order to lay a deck around our pool. The team were professional and extremely experienced. The finished product was excellent and we are very happy with the result. Thanks team.
