These guys were awesome, we are stoked we found them to redo our large outdoor deck and install a pergola. They were so fast and efficient, were on the job within a few days of accepting the quote. The builders were really lovely, and even when we encountered some unexpected problems with our old deck frame, they offered creative solutions and went above and beyond to solve issues. It is perplexing to read this builder's claims that "Mastro 5 Design is one of the leading builders in Canberra providing construction services Canberra-wide. Mastro 5 Design has many years of experience in all aspects of building" when he has a condition on his license from early 2024 preventing him from undertaking work in the ACT that requires approval. This restriction arose from complaints to the Construction Occupations Registrar about this builder carrying out unapproved and non-compliant works, and his ongoing failure to comply with the Registrar's Rectification Order issued in May 2023. Caveat Emptor.

Extremely professional and helpful experience to show us what would be needed / done for a home extension. I sent out 9 emails to all the "Google companies" in the Canberra area and they were one of 2 that replied. The builder, Pietro, then came out and spent an hour with us, going through what we initially wanted and he explained how it would work and how it could be achieved. The plan that was given ticked all the boxes and was what we were after. At no stage did we feel pressure to do / adjust anything and we highly recommend Mastero 5 for your building needs in the Canberra region.

I bought a small 1940s red brick house last year. Pietro and his team knocked down an internal wall to open up my living room and kitchen areas. It is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only has it given me an open plan living area, it has brought in lots of natural light. Through the whole process, Pietro and his team were wonderful to deal with, I was looked after really well and was very nicely surprised at the very reasonable price I was charged. Great value. Also, the team were great with my pets!

Pietro and his team have been patient and acommodating throughout the design process and willing to work with our architect and think outside the square.
