I did not know that renovations could go quite so smoothly! Dale's communication throughout the project meant that we knew why and when everything was happening. His ability to schedule works and trades meant that there was little down time and work happened efficiently. Chipbuild Constructions was recommended to us by a friend, and we weren’t disappointed. Dale Connor is very professional, and his work is of the highest level. He ensured the work from the trades he engaged such as plumbers, painters etc, met his high standard. His employees were very considerate about the noise or disruption made and the protection of our home, when removing windows, receiving deliveries etc. They always left the work site tidy and safe at the end of each day. We have an active Kelpie dog and Dale’s team always ensured his safety and security. Dale’s management of our Alfresco project was outstanding, and his communication is excellent.
