I sought quotes from two providers about 4 months ago for a veranda/opening roof solution. Not only was Eclipse’s quote nearly half its competitor in terms of price, Wade from Eclipse made more innovative and practical suggestions that would help the new structure blend in with our existing deck. Unlike the competitor, Eclipse was offering a completely tailored solution that followed the shape of our existing deck, for a very reasonable price, so of course we went with them. And we definitely did not regret it! Eclipse was easy to deal with all the way along. Their team communicated well and regularly, from admin components right through to the builders. They are very personable and professional people who seem to really care about client service and quality workmanship. If you are looking for an opening roof system, I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else. Thanks Eclipse!

Overall very happy how it turned out. Process did take some time to get to installation but wasn't in any hurry. The installers were very polity and accommodating. Luckily I was present to confirm some details that weren't quite correct. Definately a better product than the Stratco louvers. We had more colour selections, profile and finish are a lot better. Motor is quiter too.

Matt, Wade and Sally were absolutely fabulous to work with. From concept to completion, they were so easy to communicate with and helped us achieve the look we were going for at our cellar door. We will definitely be recommending them.

We engaged a number of companies to quote on two verandahs for our home. Eclipse Shade Systems were competitively priced. The admin staff were friendly and professional, the Directors of the company were so good to work with and provided great advice. At no stage did they attempt to get us to buy anything we didnt need. It wasn't a difficult decision to go with this company given the great initial service. The icing on the cake was the great tradies that worked tirelessly to get the job done. A big thanks to Paul who supervised the job and worked extra hours to ensure a great job was the result. Thanks guys.
