If I could give Ben and his team more than 5-stars I would! Ben & Ethen helped us out with a mixture of insurance repairs and maintenance over the last few weeks and were nothing short of professional, reliable and excellent at what they do. From custom solutions, to standard fitout, everything was repaired and built to a very high standard. Communication was great, and I was never left second guessing when work was going to be completed. Highly recommend, will definitely be in touch for future work around the house!

We recently had Ben and his team at ASOT Property Services remodel our bathroom, removing the bathtub, installing a huge shower, and repaint the entire inside of our home. We are so pleased with ASOT’s work. Ben and his team were so knowledgeable on all aspects of the work we wanted done, and everything was completed so professionally. Ben is so friendly, he kept checking in with us all the way through the huge job, and they even cleaned up afterwards!

We used Ascot Property Services for a new wall, install of new French doors, painting and other handyman works around the house. Andria and the two service guys went above and beyond to communicate with us about our rental repairs at our property. They delivered a quality and extensive consultation and repairs were completed efficiently. I really appreciated the phone updates liasing with us and flexibility in conducting the repairs accommodating to our schedules. Thank you to the team!
