I highly recommend Landini Constructions. Landini Constructions is definitely a triple A building company. We were over the moon with the wonderful job they did on a major renovation of our house. The professional, highly skilled team of tradespeople were all great to work with and it was obvious that the genuine, honest and caring culture of the team came from the top. Chris Landini clearly cared about delivering a quality job that was exactly what we wanted. He was thoughtful, listened to what I wanted and always delivered - often adding his perfect professional touch, including small details that made all the difference to functionality and appearance of the work. Very grateful that we had Landini Constructions doing our job.

Chris and his team did a large renovation for us, basically adding another half a house to our old post-war home. We are really happy with the result. Chris gave us good advice and even adjusted the architect's design in a few places to make the stairs and bathroom ceiling height more live-able. All the other trades (electrical, plumbing etc) were managed without any issues. The Landini team also worked in with our family schedule wherever they could. I think reno's require greater skills and attention-to-detail than a new build, so going with a team with experience and who take pride in their work has definitely been worth it for us. I'd definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Chris and his team renovated our house. They were so easy to deal with and well priced. The team are friendly, polite and clean up after themselves. The workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. They all turn up on time as well (so do the subcontractors). We are extremely happy with our "new home" and would absolutely use Landini Constructions again.

I’ve completed 4 major house Renos with different builders and Landini Constructions was by far the best. I just wish I hadn’t moved out of the area as I would use them for every build if I could.
