I had the pleasure of dealing with External Building Contractors on my project in Kellyville. I tried a cheaper start up contractor and had nothing but dramas. The EBC team have been in business 28 years and that says it all. Excellent workmanship and reasonable pricing as I could not be happier with the look of the job.
Stay away from Zelko Pernic and External Building Contractors!! He took our deposit and now won’t return to finish the job! He kept giving us excuses why he couldn’t come back eg: the weather. Then would give us false hope and say he’s a week away and then would never turn up and not answer calls. His phone is always off! He is not answering any calls, emails or texts and judging by the other Google reviews, he has done this to numerous other customers! This has now delayed our build and we are at a loss financially. Do yourself a favour and stay away from him!
Zelko is a cheat. I will not ever recommend him or his business. He took the deposit and never finished the work. Kept on postponing the job with several reasons. I needed up going with another installer. I took Zelko to Dept of Fair Trading and then to NCAT to refund the deposit. Never heard back from him. I will take him to courts till I get my money back. If you go with this guy, you will lose your money.

I would strongly recommend External building Contractors as a professional reliable Alucobond cladding company as they recently completed my latest home in Point Piper and as always have found them to be friendly and provide great workmanship as I have used there services for over 26 years since EBC first started out in the cladding business.
