2 years after building with GJ Gardner Defective works. Issues with defective work and difficulty resolving them. I should have read reviews because heating cooling and flooring was an extra cost not in the build price. Plus 50k price on top of the build to build in Mallacoota. They called it the Mallacoota fee. Now 2 years on and still trying to get defective works rectified.

A long but exciting experience Christine is such a genuine warm person always there to answer all our questions and guide us through with a smile Dean our construction manager was exceptional ..nothing was ever a problem no matter how small , his attention to details and the exemplary standard to which he held all of our trades made dealing with him a pleasure I cannot speak highly enough of this great team

Building with GJ Gardner was a dream! The whole team made the process really easy and took the stress out of everything. Our supervisor was amazing with weekly updates and would walk us through the house being built all the time. Changing things as the build went on also was no stress to them.
