My experience with Clare is one that I will never forget. She is knowledgeable, attentive and easy to connect with. I always found counselling to be difficult and messy but Clare showed so much empathy and softness that I would always walk out of her office feeling heard and lighter. She really helped me to understand me and I'm forever grateful for the management techniques she has taught me and for the geninue care she has shown me.
Claire is very calm, gentle and non judgmental. She made me feel very safe throughout my sessions. I went to Claire during Covid when I was finding it hard to cope with my emotions. She helped me manage my emotions and also helped me release lot of trapped energy from the past by using EMDR and tapping technique which has completely changed my life. Claire is a wonderful therapist and I highly recommend her.
Clare is a wonderful counsellor - she’s warm, empathic and extremely mindful of the complexities that play into the issues you bring to counselling. I would happily refer my friends to her knowing she would have their absolute best interests at heart, as she gently guided and supported them to make the changes they sought.
Absolutely brilliant.i was suffering nightmares waking screaming in two sessions Claire had me remedied I had PTSD. Thank you Claire I'm feeling good now.
