Perth Tree Service

After visit and discussion of the required work, I was told I would receive a quote by the weekend. 4 weeks later, during which my calls and texts were basically ignored - a quote was emailed. When they came to complete the job, my instructions were not correctly followed. In addition, damage was done to an internal fence and the guys left plastic water bottles littered about my property. I sent a text straight away with photos of damage but got no response. Another 4 weeks have gone by and I've heard nothing, not even an invoice. So PTS will not be getting a cent until they get in touch with me. I used them before, about 9 years ago and they were great - customer service has def taken a nosedive. So fed up with tradies acting like they are doing you a favour, so rude - I won't be using them again.

Dean and his team did a clean, professional, and efficient job on removing a giant ponytail palm in our front yard! He's so accommodating to our needs and the quote was very reasonable compared with the others we got. Very happy with his service.

Dean is a very knowledgeable guy in his field of business. Always keen to help and will go out of his way to do so. I had Dean over to my property to take care of some tree pruning. Very efficient and very tidy and very affordable. I would recommend him to anyone and I will use his services again in the future. Thank you so much Dean for a job well done.

We had Dean and the team around to remove 3 very large trees from our property, with stump grinding. The job was done quickly and they were mindful of protecting other trees in the area as well as our neighbours' properties. Very impressed with the clean up given there would have been a lot of mess! The quote came in significantly cheaper than the other ones we got and we were very impressed with the quality and service. We are considering doing another job and will get them to come back for sure.

It was my lucky day when I phoned Dean for a quote. My small tree in the front yard was removed quickly and professionally. I can't recommend him highly enough(.... even if he is a Dockers supporter!) 🦅💙💛

Cannot not fault the service. Dean answered our call to help our cat stuck in a tree on a Friday afternoon when everyone said they were done for the day. He’s a top bloke 👍
