Luke and Caleb from Acorn Arbor removed a much loved but declining NZ Christmas Tree today. Detailed, neat, careful and respectful, would highly recommend and greatly appreciated their professional workmanship.

Was recommended to Luke from a street WhatsApp chat and true to form Luke was prompt, timely, respectful and professional in all manners. He communicated his arrival time and took away all the rubbish. Was very impressed that he had all the gear and a ladder I’ve never seen before that gave him access to some bamboo that was getting too high for me to cut at the top. Also had a some great knowledge about his work. Of note is that I paid him twice by mistake and without knowing. Luke proactively got back to me and promptly returned the funds. Happy to support Luke and would absolutely call him for anything like this again.

Many can cut down trees, but Luke has an amazing eye for shaping the trees properly and the skills to make it happen! Not only does he have the knowledge, but he spent the time required for us to understand the process well from beginning to end.
