Very poor service, schedule a meeting onsite at home with Mitchell. for 10am as I had the work the night before and finished work at 1am. Before 8am there banging on the door wanting to start work. Very poor customer relations and not a good way to get customers onside.

These guys absolutely slaughtered the trees out the front of my house. Basically they cut the heart out my trees. I have complained to council about this decimation of our beautiful street. There won't be any Xmas lights this year because of these cowboys. No wonder that have such low ratings. They left all of the off cuts in my garden damaging my flowers. It's a sad state of affairs.

I would give 0 stars , completley butchered trees on my property not even touching the trees directly under the powerlines. My trees are an absolute mess because of this company. And then they have left the nature strip and foot path in a complete mess. No clean up

I would give 0 stars if I could, they destroyed the trees on my property, cutting them back to literally just a trunk and no branches. Using poison on whatever they feel. One tree they took out at ground level just to spite me because I had complained about how they were doing the other trees. If you have a choice find a different company.

Saw these guys trimming the tree on our nature strip today and thought great as there has been a large dead, splitting, branch hanging over the road for a couple of years now notified the local council ages sgo with, typically , no action taken. After the guys left leaving a pile of trimmed branches on the nature strip I noticed the dead branch was still in situ. Ran down the road and tried to get the 'workmens' attention they ignored .me so I had to front one of them and asked why the obvious branch needing attention was left? He responded 'dunno, probably not near enough to the power lines'.... Great attitude.....

Absolute butchers, obviously the owners never bother reading google reviews because they are majority complaints about the poor service and attitude of their staff. I would be surprised if these guys are actually qualified arborists or just a bloke with a chain saw. it doesn’t look like they know what they are doing and when you question them they become instant tough guys and want to fight. Company is a disgrace. Reported to council so hopefully they don’t receive another contract.

Sadly, I call them Inactive as they frequent our rural road regularly but don't achieve much, except once to wreck my fence, which they never fixed, despite my complaint. A massive machine recently trimmed small branches very large stable trees. Meanwhile, the rotting Wattles were untouched, which cause many outages, more than 4 this year. The Government is being fleeced in my opinion.
