Fantastic experience at Barbecues Galore North Lakes. David and Morticia were absolutely amazing when helping us choose a pizza oven. They were knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Their customer service genuinely went above and beyond, and they made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re buying a pizza oven, definitely ask for David or Morticia!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I purchased a BBQ for around $2,000 over three months ago. It arrived with a broken grill, and I was told a replacement would be sent so I could use it. Three months later, I am still waiting. I’ve been left with an expensive BBQ that I cannot use, despite multiple follow-ups. No clear communication, no resolution, and no sense of urgency. Completely unacceptable service for a product at this price point. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I cannot recommend the team from Barbeques Galore North Lakes enough. They assisted me in purchasing an outdoor setting that was purchased on back order and delivered a month later as the chairs were sold out. The delivery was really smooth and the drivers took the packages out the back as requested. However, I wish they had the accomodations to take the packaging with them as the boxes were so large that they needed to be taken to the dump.

Wanted a wood heater for our bitterly cold QLD winters 🙄. We’d pretty much decided on one from a different store but wanted to compare the BBQ Galore products. The salesman Chris D answered our questions and for a number of reasons we decided to go with one of his heaters. Chris gave us great advice on installation and made the whole process easy, you just have to watch out for his thick US accent and when he tries giving you measurements in feet and inches! Tell him I sent you and ask for a special discount! (There’s no special discount but he seems to have a good sense of humour… 😉)

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. It didn't matter who we spoke to, the whole team was wonderful and gave us so much valuable information. 5 plus stars for customer service. Highly recommend!

Will never shop here again. Ordered a red Ziggy elite 3 weeks before Christmas, was told the bbq was here but the trolley would be a week away. I was asked do you want to pay now to hold the bbq and then pick it up all at once when the trolley arrives ? I said I would. Never received a call to say it was in I had to ring to see where it was. Was told the trolley had arrived. Go down to pick it all up to be told ‘oh we don’t have any red Ziggy elites we only have black and we haven’t had red for over 6months’ . Then why sell me a red one knowing you didn’t have it. I started to debate this fact with the sales guy who was nothing but rude. I was told I could have the lid off the red display one that was marked and scratched. I refused and was told oh well take the black home today or wait a month or so for the red. I now have the black one as I needed it for Christmas. Fraudulent company taking money for something they never had.
