Completely unhelpful staff. I made the trek to this shop as I had read great reviews about their service but was super disappointed. The gentleman in the shop was uninterested in working through my requirements and giving options - instead redirecting me to their website! Why bother coming to the store then?

Terrible returns policy. They charge a 20% restocking fee which is common, but they also charge you the amount it cost them to send the light (even though it was purchased with free shipping). The 20% restocking fee would have covered the cost of their shipping. Then add on the cost of posting the item back to them... it is not worth returning for the amount of money you lose. Some companies should realise that even though they might make a few dollars this way, they lose a customer forever. We have decided to buy our other lights elsewhere, with a company that provides fair customer support.

Mike was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain linear lights to us especially the one we were after. We were not able to buy the item in-store as it wasn't available then but we ended up buying it online because of him. Very knowledgeable about lights and was able to explain stuff to us in a way we'd understand it.

Terrible, I wanted to buy a light bulb and he asked for $12 dollars for one, went to Kmart and bought 4 for $6. What cheaters and liars, so rude and disgusting.

Really disappointed with the customer service team. I placed 2 separate orders for lights, 2 came without the black lamp cover. I have tried contacting the store for the last 6 weeks and have sent numerous emails, initially they replied to attempt to help, but I’ve had no replies and have 4 lights on a wall that don’t match.

Went to this store last week and was extremely disappointed to find yet another lighting store only to have all the "run of the mill" lampshades that you can buy anywhere. Old fashioned and dated designs that have been around for donkey’s years. Am looking for modern fashionable material lampshades printed in different designs of birds, flowers, bushlands, aboriginal and abstract prints and a bright and colourful fresh look for todays market not something for the 50s to 90s eras. Thought you might have lamp shades similar to the William Morrison designs or nicer. It may well be worth your while to look into stocking what I mention. Many people want "different" nowadays.
