EB Games - Ashfield

The attention of the person on charge was so bad. I have been in multiples eb games across Australia and the attention is one of the best thing. But this store is not one of them. The person was so unattended to explain anything and unrespectfull. Don't going to buy anymore for this store and I am level 5 of eb games. Sorry I am going to order everything from another store.

great customer service ! i got serviced by elizabeth and she was super sweet, very easy to talk to, and quickly made sure i got what i wanted 🙂 i was able to get the last denji funko in stock

This is hands down the worst EBgames store I have entered over the past 10 years. Customer service is an absolute joke, staff are completely oblivious to general commonsense and courtesy. Would have taken the guys name… however he didn’t have a name badge on. Avoid at all costs - not to neglect they don’t price match because the games are ‘already’ on sale. Left feeling like a massive inconvenience.

I have a review for your new employees who worked on Sunday 23/11/25 who closed the store early before 4pm which is the official closing time of EB Games Ashfield - that's not how a business operates and they need to be retrained.

Service was a bit under par today unfortunately. Wanted to buy something for my partner on her EB plus account and they wouldnt let me because I already had bought it on my own account. They said this was to restrict stock to the local community despite myself being local to the area. Ive been coming to Ashfield mall since I was a toddler and remember when the store was in its previous location, and remember all the renovations this mall has experienced. Positively I saw the manager of the store help out a lady who had a defective product in front of me with no issues, and was quite helpful

Eb Games sold my ex a second hand "refurbished" ps5 controller already suffering from stick drift. Quality checks? Apparently not a thing here...

I accidentally bought the wrong version of a console via click and collect and so wanted to exchange it. I came into EB Games Ashfield and spoke with Phoenix, they were very helpful, friendly and efficient with the exchange. Great customer service and experience 👍 Thankyou!
