I recently visited Diaco's Garden Centre in Hampton Park, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to help me find the perfect plants and offering tailored advice for my garden project. Their passion for gardening really shines through, making the visit both enjoyable and informative. The nursery itself is expansive, with a huge variety of plants, shrubs, trees, and gardening supplies all well-organized and easy to browse. I was also impressed by the large parking area, which made the trip hassle-free, even on a busy weekend. Overall, Diaco’s combines great service, quality products, and convenience, making it my go-to garden centre. Highly recommend👍

I strongly advise against engaging in business with this company. I purchased approximately five cubic meters of what was advertised as "Premium Tree Mulch" at a rate of $25 per cubic meter. Based on the product description and the mulch samples presented on their website, there was no indication that I was being misled. However, I was deeply disappointed upon receiving the delivery. The material provided was not good quality mulch, but rather a blend of aged, mixed bush mulch, incorporating soil and composted materials. If the intended use is not as a traditional mulch but for other purposes, the product may suffice. However, I required it specifically to be placed over a weed mat, and this was far from suitable. Had I been aware of the actual composition of the product, I could have sourced fresh bush mulch at a lower price from other platforms like Facebook. Nowhere on their website was it disclosed that the mulch was aged or mixed with soil. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company via phone and email, I received no satisfactory response. The only reply I received was that the product was beneficial for soil, which is irrelevant to my original purchase needs. I sincerely hope that others are spared from experiencing this unfortunate situation.

The team at diacos, were great they were friendly and knowledgeable helped us out with our plants for our front garden and getting turf organised. Great service from them worth a visit if you need any help with anything in the garden.

Very disappointed from there service today I am professional landscaper and working in the industry for long. Today I ordered 0.75 m3 mulch with other order and only received mulch around 0.25 m3 Total 6- 7 wheel Barrow only filled Reported this issue straight way and sent photos too but lady at reception was happy to listen anything , even asked if their driver can confirm quantity but no help at all Felt robbed today and decided not to use discos again if they can’t deal with problems professionally. Thanks

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The customer service was beyond disgusting. 4 men scrolling on their phones at the register area. I had a dead plant in my hand marked at $30, I went up to ask if he would be willing do to it any cheaper and he laughed in my face and said no we will just send it back to the grower when it had absolutely died in their care and not any fault of the grower.

Drive past here everyday they don’t block out there piles of dirt/dust with any form of netting. It’s been dumped to close to the fence line now there’s dirt coming through the fence on to the footpath on bad days when it’s windy my car get dirty. This is very visible from the road and doesn’t seem to be in a bay like structure. Thanks for the reply I’ll try the council then.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The team at Diacos Discount Nursery were super helpful in working out the quantities I needed for my project — they took the time to help calculate the area and recommended the right products for the job. The quality of their soil and mulches is excellent, and everything was delivered on time. The mulch has really lifted the look of the garden and is already helping retain moisture.
