The new team at Epping we so fantastic, so helpful!

I recently visited the new Epping store and was really impressed. The space is expansive, bright, and stocked with beautiful homewares. The staff were also exceptionally friendly.

Staff very helpful bit disappointed being a new store that they had no stock. So had to order it and pay delivery fee unless I waited 2 weeks for it to be ordered and delivered in store.

Two days back, my wife called me mid day and she was super excited. It came to the fact she was planning to buy quilts from the online site, but she saw this shop popped up from now where during her work commute. When she approached them to check what she was planning, the staff, mainly Carol, were so friendly and helpful. They spent time with her to understand what she is planning to do at home and provide her with the needed accordingly. Just passing over her experience, which as her husband, can say it was exceptional.

Jules was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire experience while assisting us with trying out various pillows. I would definitely recommend seeing her for assistance with anything, especially if you’re looking for someone helpful, approachable, and highly experienced.
