I was after a specific. to a points file he looked it up and surprise surprise. I walked out with a bargain a complete set of files for $39 well done Deor you the man. I wonder if this Sydney Tools store knows how to employ actual decent staff? My husband has been waiting on an item for two weeks only to be found out the "boys at the back" must have put it into sale by accident. The staff don’t care unless you’re there to spend thousands and the store manager seems to have an ego that definitely doesn’t fit who he is 😂 I don’t think I should have to attend a store on my husbands behalf to be patronised by someone who looks like they haven’t left their mothers basement in quite some time. Will definitely be going back to Total Tools or anywhere else. Laziest staff I have ever encountered.

i have to say sydney tools is better then total tools (which is down the road from me). Dior helped me better then anyone else, he wanted to know what i was working on and that made his job easy when recommending DIY tools i needed. Sydney tools otherwise have better deals, better tools and better knowledge! just all round better and worth the longer drive. i’m back again on the 22 Jan and had excellent help and attention to detail from Kyle! Thanks again!

I bought a brand-new machine from Sydney Tools. I did not even use it for one full day and it stopped working. When I contacted the store to return it, I was told they would not help me because there was no oil in the machine. No one at the shop told me that oil needed to be added before use. The machine was sold as brand new, with no warning or clear instruction given at the time of purchase. The customer service was very poor. The staff member I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, and hung up the phone on me twice, which is completely unacceptable. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, I felt blamed and dismissed. I was also made to feel uncomfortable about leaving a review, which is very unprofessional. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I expected much better service and support for a brand-new product. I will think twice before buying from Sydney Tools again.

I was at the Sydney Tools Epping store on the 24th of November 2024 looking to buy battery operated EGO lawnmower and line trimmer. We were met by customer service officer Joe. We found Joe to be friendly, reliable, responsive and knowledgeable in the product we wanted to purchase. He established that the lawn mower was at their Sunshine Vic store. Joe set up my account in seconds, organised an invoice and freight of the lawn mower. I got a call from the Epping store to inform me that the lawn mower had arrived. I made the full payment and next day I collected my order. Joe and another staff member helped me to place my purchases into my car boot. I did my EGO redemption process within minutes. You just need your store receipt. Simple to do. I’ve already registered my purchases for warranty purposes and that took a matter of minutes. Within 2 days, my extra 7.5aH battery was delivered to my home address much to surprise even though it may have taken up to 28 days to be delivered. I highly recommend the Sydney Tools Epping store and staff member Joe to anyone. Simply outstanding service.

Very satisfied with the service I received last weekend at Sydney Tools Epping - James really 'nailed' it. If only I'd gone in for a stud-finder, then I might have walked out with him too!! Solid 9.5 Robertson screws out of 10! Would go again.

I recently visited the Epping store to pick up an online order. Unfortunately, my experience with a customer service representative named DIL or DEAL was quite unpleasant. The representative seemed disinterested and unhelpful. He didn’t bother to check my order details accurately and simply stated that the item wasn’t available. His attitude was unprofessional and made me feel like it was my fault for the inconvenience. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a reputable company like Sydney Tools. I hope management can address this issue and train their staff on proper customer interaction.
