Seen blocking the road for several minutes waiting for someone to leave. Nobody was leaving. When gently told to not block the road and use the free carpark 20 metres behind him instead, driver told me, another road user, to "mind (my) own business" and threatened to come out and "knock me out", with expletives in abundance. I was perplexed at this sudden escalation, but also much more as to how coming out of his car and leaving it parked there with his business plastered all over it, while knocking me out in the middle of a busy street in Crows Nest counts as "good conflict resolution idea" or even "good business". Now I know to never hire this company for any of our cleaning and maintenance services. I do not want to be punched in the face if I dare remark that the lawn mowing is uneven.
We have been using Millers Strata Maintenance for several years and couldnt be happier with their service. The team is always punctual, professional and incredibly thorough. If you are looking for a revliable and trustworthy company, i highly reccommend Millers!

I haven't been able to completely rely on a strata team for 10+ years. That is until I came across the Miller's team. They truly care about what you need and go above and beyond to make sure all our requests are carried out promptly and to a high level. Great communication & all the staff (cleaners and gardeners) I have met are very friendly, upbeat and professional. Highly recommend.
I would recommend Millers to family and friends as they always go above and beyond the cleaning off our building is always well maintained Chris dose a wonderful job every week his always friendly and helpful it's been a pleasure to have Millers for the last 3 years and many more years to come
