A shout out of appreciation and praise to Kieran. He replaced the heads on our sprinkler system; set it up so that the water from the sprinklers reached the whole of the lawns; set up the app on our phone to automatically activate/programme the sprinkler system and explained to us how the app and sprinkler system worked; installed a float in our water tank to replenish rain water with household water. Many thanks Kieran for your patience and a job well done.

Ok. I was a little unfair toward Caleb and TCWS in an earlier review which I removed without question after speaking with Luke who defended him - great leadership. In retrospect, Caleb, Nathan the manager, the workshop mechanic (whose name I forgot, sorry, but not the experience) and Luke were nothing less than exemplary, especially Caleb. From the first moment Caleb knew the problem and what had most likely happened. I apologized to Caleb (as I should have) and thankfully he accepted it. In the end they all weaved magic with the dealer representative from Davey and restored my faith in Australian business. TCWS leads the way in fair, honest representation. I would use them again in a heartbeat. And Davey-thanks for coming through for a family who are actually decent, loyal, Davey product buying and using Aussies.

Have recently had great service from Nathan ,Boyd and Luke. Always have the time to talk. Knowledge is outstanding. I have had a particular difficult situation at my farm which they have come out and fixed for me,nothing seems to be a bother for them.( I know i am the customer from hell!!)
