Don’t turn up at 29 past 5, or you might receive a blank rude stare from a young male staff member through a locked glass sliding door main entrance. I wonder if the stare was from me disturbing a conversation he was having with a school mate with him (who took off somewhere out of sight). Is closing or staff knock off time 5:30pm? I’d suggest having some team training sessions in customer service, or at least manners.
