Dural Plant Market

We had a great experience at Dural Plant Market. Charlie was very professional, helpful, and honest. He helped us choose the best matured plants for our front yard and beautiful climbers for the back fence. He was very easy to deal with and gave us great advice. I highly recommend Dural Plant Market to anyone looking for quality plants, excellent service, and fair, honest prices.

Disappointed and Frustrated. I rang ahead to enquire if they stocked Chinese Pistache Tree. I was told Yes they do so I drove out with 3 kids in tow and was directed to tube stock with no lables and told this was what I wanted. One month later the trees are growing rapidly and it's clear they aren't the correct trees. Waste of time and money and can't keep the trees as they are completely wrong for the location and environment. I emailed them with photos of the trees and was told they are Chinese Tallowood trees. Two very different trees. I have bank statement as evidence of purchase.

I had an experience with the customer service at the plant store that I found to be less than satisfactory. The owner seemed a bit impolite, and I noticed that there were no displayed prices for the plants. It appeared to me that their primary focus was on the cafe rather than the plants. Additionally, I'm unsure how the owner could have a record of me being a customer on the weekend, especially considering the negative interaction my family and I had. Instead of receiving an apology from the owner, it seems that they responded with a threat when I left an honest review, which goes against the purpose of Google Reviews. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively for improvement.

Absolute madness! Do not waste your time stopping here. Complete disarray of plants and weeds, no pricing, no labels, no walkable paths and access to stock. Nothing more than a paddock of rubbish, this place needs a big sign on the front "CLOSED"!! No staff anywhere to be found just horrible.

Good helpful stuff, full range of outdoor plants , the indoor ones limited as they sell only stuff surviving whole year as mentioned by the stuff, thanks
